1. Warranty

At ARTICUL, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture products. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a minimum 2-year guarantee on all goods purchased through our website, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, or by mail order (by law, this also applies to in-shop purchases). This guarantee is your minimum right under EU rules, and it covers the repair, replacement, or refund of faulty or non-compliant products. In the event that you opt for a refund, rather than a replacement or repair of the goods, the amount refunded may be subject to reduction based on the time passed since the purchase and the condition of the returned goods. This reduction will be assessed by ARTICUL upon receiving the returned goods, and may reflect any benefits you have received from the goods leading up to your decision to return them.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Right to Cancel and Return

As an online shopper with ARTICUL, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you received your goods. This right applies for any reason, even if you simply change your mind. You also have a right within this 14 day period to unpack and inspect the goods to determine its qualities. You may do this to the extent that you would normally be able to do in a physical shop. During this return period you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the product or its use contrary to good faith, if the product, during the exercise of the right of refusal, has been used beyond the limits necessary for determining and checking its characteristics and type.

2.2 Exemptions

As ARTICUL specializes in furniture and manufactured goods, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply in specific cases. 2.3 How to Cancel and Return

To cancel your purchase, you must notify us of your decision. You can request a withdrawal form by email. Please note that returning the goods is the buyer’s responsibility, and the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We may provide you with a price estimate and, upon your request, organize shipping on your behalf, with the return shipping cost deducted from the refund.
